Platinum ICT offers a variety of SIMS training courses, from a basic introduction through to detailed reporting and census reviews.

These courses are an ideal way to bring new staff up to speed quickly or to reinforce and refine the skills of more experienced administrative staff. All courses provide guidance notes in a handbook for delegates to refer to after the training course.

These courses are led by our own in house staff and the training sessions take place at the Hounslow Civic Centre’s dedicated ICT training suite. Feedback from the delegates who attended our 2016 and 2017 courses was extremely positive; 98% of delegates reported being ‘completely satisfied’ with the course contents.
