We are a team of engineers and analysts from a number of different ICT backgrounds with a diverse and in-depth knowledge of ICT in education. Our engineers are Microsoft trained and specialise in Microsoft Server management and maintaining IT Infrastructure environments alongside SIMS support and training.

In the past decade the requirement for ICT in schools has grown from a single PC used by the school administrator to students using wireless devices on the move around the school and posting homework online for their teachers to review.

We provide advice on all aspects of network security, data protection, disaster recovery and one-to-one user training. In addition we can work flexibly to accommodate specific projects or unforeseen spikes in workload over the academic year. The team is well placed to support everything from the day to day IT support requirements to the Strategic IT development of your school.

Platinum ICT is a part of the London Borough of Hounslow and all of our engineers have DBS clearance. We currently support over 40 schools within Hounslow.
